Made with 00 flour, each crust is the size of a half sheet pan. topped with EVOO and San Marzano tomato sauce, before being baked til golden brown. Frozen.

To use: Preheat oven to 550F. Defrost base and top as desired with your favourite sauce and toppings. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and toppings are cooked.
